Who we are

We are a local Houston company. This site is how guests and companies request a furnished apartment. We are not a nightly hotel booking site. We match dates, neighborhood, and apartment size to homes we can actually place.

Where the apartments are

Homes are in several parts of Houston, not in one district. Current areas include Galleria and Uptown, Downtown, Midtown, the Energy Corridor, Greenway Plaza, and the Medical Center area. Floor and how close a home is to a job site are confirmed for that apartment. Parking is free in a shared gated garage.

What a stay includes

• Furniture, a full kitchen, linens, and housewares
• Utilities and Wi-Fi included in the quote we send
• An in-unit washer and dryer in every apartment
• Free parking in a shared gated garage

Non-aggressive pets are allowed. We confirm pet details in writing before you book. Housekeeping, airport transportation, grocery delivery, and smart TVs are not standard inclusions.

How a request works

1. Call, email, or use the contact form with dates, how many people, and the area you need.
2. We check current inventory and send options with location notes.
3. After you choose a home, we send access, parking, and Wi-Fi details. Companies can ask about direct-bill invoicing on the corporate housing page.
