CityCentre is a mixed-use development of shops, restaurants, offices, a hotel and apartment homes arranged around a central plaza. Compared with much of west Houston, it is easy to walk from home to dinner, coffee or the gym. The surrounding area is quieter and more suburban, with the Memorial neighborhoods to the east and south and the Energy Corridor stretching west along I-10.
The Katy Freeway (I-10) and Beltway 8 meet next to CityCentre, which makes it a practical base for commuting west to the Energy Corridor, east to Memorial City and the Galleria, or south toward Westchase. Driving is the norm here. Peak-hour traffic on I-10 can be slow, so allow extra time for morning meetings and check routes before your first week.
Memorial City Mall and nearby supermarkets cover larger errands, while CityCentre itself handles dining, drinks and small shopping. The Terry Hershey Park trails along Buffalo Bayou, a bit further west, are popular for walks, runs and bike rides.
Our current listings here are SYNC CityCentre and Domain at CityCentre, both on Town and Country Boulevard. Compare them, with features and availability, on our Energy Corridor furnished apartments page.
