Downtown · Central business district
Live close to the office towers, courts, convention center and theaters of Downtown Houston in a fully furnished apartment. We place business travelers, project teams and relocating staff in Downtown furnished apartments with utilities and Wi-Fi arranged, so you can start work without setting up a household.
Downtown is Houston's traditional business center, home to energy, legal, banking and government offices. Living here can mean a very short commute for anyone working in the central business district, plus evenings at the Theater District, a game or a concert without a long drive home. The area has become more residential over the last decade, with new apartment towers, parks and restaurants.
Our Downtown option is Block 334 on Main Street. If it is not open for your dates, we can suggest nearby options in Midtown Houston, just south along the rail line.
At 1515 Main Street, close to the central business district and the METRORail Red Line. A good fit for project teams, new hires and extended work stays.

The central business district is built around Louisiana, Smith, Travis, Main and Fannin streets, with a network of pedestrian tunnels linking many office buildings below street level. The George R. Brown Convention Center and Discovery Green sit on the east side, and the Harris County and federal courthouses are on the north side near Buffalo Bayou. East Downtown (EaDo), with the soccer stadium, and the Astros ballpark are just east, while Midtown and the Museum District continue south.
Downtown dining is concentrated around Main Street, Market Square Park and the area near Discovery Green, with plenty of weekday lunch options inside office buildings and the tunnels. For full grocery runs, many residents drive a few minutes to Midtown or nearby neighborhoods, although smaller markets are available closer in.
I-45, I-69/US-59 and I-10 all meet around Downtown, and Allen Parkway leads west along Buffalo Bayou. METRORail's Red Line runs down Main Street toward Midtown and the Medical Center area, and the Green and Purple lines head east. Many Downtown guests walk or ride the train during the week; commute times still vary with traffic and events.
