Greenway Plaza is a large office complex beside US-59/I-69, surrounded by established neighborhoods such as Upper Kirby, West University and River Oaks. Its main advantage for extended stays is location: Downtown, the Galleria, the Medical Center area and Rice Village are all a relatively short drive, so it works well for guests who do not spend every day at the same office.

Kirby Drive and Westheimer Road have a strong mix of restaurants, from casual Tex-Mex to steakhouses. Highland Village and River Oaks District add upscale shopping, and Rice Village has boutiques and cafes. Supermarkets and pharmacies are close to both buildings.
US-59/I-69 (the Southwest Freeway) runs along Greenway Plaza, and the West Loop (I-610) is a few minutes west. Richmond Avenue and Westheimer Road are the main east-west streets. Most guests drive, and rush-hour traffic on US-59 can be slow, so check your route at the times you will travel.
